He will teach you proper form, footwork, and general boxing technique in an environment that is fun and team based. But classes are not limited to boxing technique. Classes also include strength training, balance work, team and partner drills and a variety of activities that are different and challenging. I have gotten stronger, healthier, have better balance and have made so many new friends over the past 18 months.
